All Sales Are Final
All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please make sure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at obscurawork111@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We’ll review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or solution when applicable.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit. However, if this occurs, contact us at obscurawork111@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returns Without Authorization
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will not be eligible for a refund.
